Aster Khan is an enthusiastic Math Teacher with 12 years of teaching in diverse international classroom environments ranging from middle to high school. She focused on developing a positive rapport with all students through effective communication and culturally sensitive curricula. She earned Master’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s in education from National University.

She uses Innovative teaching methods and multimedia teaching tools to teach Middle school Math, Algebra 1&2, Geometry, Math analysis, Finite Math, Pre- Cal, Ap Calculus, Graph theory, Statistics, Complex Analysis, Real Analysis, Number Theory, and Complex Geometry.

About the course:

This Summer, the Math+ course will focus on Number Theory – the study of integers (e.g., -1, 2, 3). Over the six classes, we will explore different aspects of this critical concept and will learn what Number Theory is and how it relates to computer applications and important topics including cryptography.

NOTE: The course will be offered online via Zoom from 1:00 - 2:00 PM PT / 3:00 - 4:00 PM CT / 4:00 - 5:00 PM ET. Log in instructions will be communicated to registrants. You can pick from the following sessions:

(August 1 class starts earlier at 11:00 am- 12:00 noon Pacific time (Time changed just for this one class. If you cannot make it, we will record the session and will send you the video recording.
