Leslie Flam has 16 years of teaching experience and is passionate about guiding students to reach their highest potential in mathematics. Mrs. Flam has taught all levels of the high school math curriculum at Notre Dame Prep. since 2011. She is from NYC and earned her B.S. in Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University and her Masters in Secondary Education from ASU.

About the course:

This Summer, the Math+ course will focus on Number Theory – the study of integers (e.g., -1, 2, 3). Over the six classes, we will explore different aspects of this critical concept and will learn what Number Theory is and how it relates to computer applications and important topics including cryptography.

NOTE: The course will be offered in person at McDowell Mountain Ranch Community Center, 16116 N. McDowell Mountain Ranch Road. Further details will be communicated to registrants.
